Unfortunately the red tape has put a slight delay on our kitchen renos and we won’t be starting until after the Tr!pl3 Alice Springs Open at Easter. We are still well on track to have it done before EOFY but will know more in the coming days.

We now have an opportunity to pull forward our new menu – TODAY! Chef Sumit has worked hard on a new menu that caters to the feedback we have received from members and guests. Some of your favourites have returned and we now have an everyday option of Curry of the Day and Catch of the Day.

We have been lucky enough to be supported by Gavin and Lisa from Great Northern Barramundi Men who are located out next to Larapinta Supermarket. Gav sources fresh fish to be brought in to Alice. His contacts catch the fish, package it up and put it directly onto a truck to Alice meaning we have fresh fish sometimes within 3-4 days of being caught on the boat.

This week sees southern jewfish as our Catch of the Day which can be battered or grilled and also a smaller portion as fish bites on our entrée menu. Beef Massaman is our Curry of the Day and there are several other dishes. We are also looking at Veal Saltimbocca to be added to the menu next week as we work with our suppliers to get the best ingredients onto your plate.

We have gluten-free items marked on the menu now and it is possible to amend some of our other items to make them gluten-free. If you see the blue circle with an asterisk, ask our staff to make it GF for you. The same option is also available for vegetarian options with a green circle and an asterisk to let you know that we can make a vegetarian version of the dish especially for you.
